Hello and welcome to the newest monthly section of the New England Real Estate Journal entitled “Green Buildings”. Our readership of Developers, Building Owners, Property Managers, Architects, General Contractors and Engineers, have been vocal about the creation of one section dedicated each month to the environment. We listened and have created this for you.

This section will bring you the latest projects, initiatives, products and services relating to Green in regard to the world of commercial real estate. We will be working with key associations such as the USGBC, NESEA, EBC and AIA to make sure you stay well informed in this constantly changing industry.

Are you an Architect who designed a building that was granted LEED certification? Are you a General Contractor who used sustainable materials in your building process? Are you an engineer who was responsible for site or structural planning that took the environment into account? If the answer to any of these questions is yes than I would love to hear about it.

We are an industry supported publication with all of our editorial content supplied not by journalists, but by active professionals involved in the everyday aspect of Green.
