Stephen Bullock, MAI, MRICS established Bullock Commercial Appraisal, LLC (previously Bullock & Associates) in 1993 with the goal of providing the very highest quality commercial real estate appraisal, consulting and advisory services to a diverse clientele. We have consulted on many billions of dollars of real estate and believe success comes from helping clients achieve their objectives.

The firms primary service area is New Hampshire and Eastern Massachusetts but on request we also complete assignments in Vermont, Connecticut and Rhode Island. We appraise most types of commercial real estate including multifamily (5 or more units), industrial, office, retail, hotel/motel and special purpose properties (convenience/gas, restaurant, church, school, etc.).

Clients include corporations, property owners, attorneys, accounting firms, municipalities, property tax consultants, financial institutions, non-profit organizations and state/federal government agencies.
