Fishman Realty Group was founded by Alan Fishman in 1987 as a full service real estate brokerage company. Since 1972, its predecessor, Property Management Services, provided expert management and leasing, but needed to broaden its services by adding brokerage. From this need, Fishman Realty Group was born. Today, Fishman Realty Group continues to have a full service property management division called, Fishman Property Management. We have found this coordination of services to be a very important aspect of our objective. Fishman Realty Group is located in Portland, Maine, the economic Hub of the state, and the primary coastal economic center of Northern New England. Our staff has over 100 years of broad experience that we provide to our clients to ensure each deal is successfully completed. We maintain relationships with appraisers, lenders, engineers and all related professions to ensure seamless transactions. The Fishman Realty Group team is fully licensed to perform as a representative for our clients in all real estate transactions.
