Located in Ossipee, New Hampshire, White Mountain Survey Company, Inc. (WMSCo) is a Land Surveying and Civil Engineering company with national experience. Founded in February of 1977 by Rick Chellman with James F. Rines as the companys first employee, it has evolved considerably to become the multi-disciplinary land planning firm which exists today. WMSCo specializes in assisting clients with project conceptualization and with seeing a project through the regulatory review process. We are licensed to practice Civil Engineering in NH, ME, and VT, and licensed to practice Surveying in NH and ME. Additionally we are licensed Site Evaluators in ME and licensed Designers of Subsurface Disposal Systems in NH. Judging by the number repeat customer projects, our vision has proven to be both effective and successful for our clients.
