Built in 1960, the property is located near I-95 and I-93, and downtown Boston is a15-minute ride away, via I-93. This marks the first management assignment for Dolben with Ecos North.
With a mix of one and two-bedroom apartment homes, CCGA offers a solid amenity package that includes a swimming pool, patio, and picnic area. The property also has a laundry facility, and an open community green. CCGA is currently undergoing a unit renovation project; the long-term plan is to renovate all units in the coming years.
