The Fremont Group sells Metro Center in Hartford for $49 million

Hartford, CT The Fremont Group (Fremont) completed the sale of Metro Center located at 350 Church St. to Shelbourne Global Solutions (Shelbourne) for $49 million. Fremont and Shelbourne created a strategic alliance to have Fremont both consult and manage the property. 

Jonathan Keller, president of The Fremont Group, expressed how much he looks forward to continuing Fremont’s work with Metro Center to maintain its position as the best office location in Hartford for its tenants – Lincoln Financial, CBIA and Cohn Reznick.

Fremont acquired the asset 4 years ago.
