The Kalikow Group to sell or lease 115,500 s/f Bald Hill Commons

Warwick, RI The Kalikow Group, a fourth-generation, New York property management and development firm, has begun to market space in the Bald Hill Commons, located at 25 Pace Blvd., after receiving notification from the current tenant, At Home, that it will be vacating the space. 

The 115,500 s/f property is currently zoned for retail use and will be ready for occupancy in August 2019. It is accessible with 503 parking spaces and is 11 miles from Providence.

Kalikow Group has a strong track record of maintaining and upgrading retail shopping areas. It recently sold the Rams Plaza Shopping Center, located in Chapel Hill, NC, for $21.55 million, after a five-and-a-half year renovation and tenant upgrade campaign on the property that included $2 million in new building facades, a redesign of the parking lot to improve traffic flow, enhanced entry and exit to highway 15/501, and improvements to lighting and signage. 

Additionally, two previously undeveloped outparcels of land allowed for the creation of more than 15,000 s/f of new commercial space.
