Fairstone Properties LLC has sold the property at 88 Field Point Rd. to Field Post Associates LLC in a transaction for $8.4 million. The building contains 11,300 s/f of first class office and is located in the heart of the downtown office district.

Torelli was the sole broker in this transaction.
