104 Natick Realty, LLC acquired the property from Bradford/Natick Realty Trust in 2015. TRB Realty exclusively represented Bradford and procured the buyer in the $2.8 million sale.
TRB Realty leased the building to Furniture Consignment of Chestnut Hill, with additional locations in Hanover & Plymouth.
