Rochester, NH Waterstone Retail and the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) are planning to build a 20,000 s/f NH Liquor & Wine outlet at THE RIDGE Marketplace on Rte. 11 (Farmington Rd.).   The new store will have a brand new, enhanced shopping environment including special sections devoted to premium spirits, high-end wine and Ipad kiosks for perusing inventory and food pairings.

Construction will begin in the spring of 2017. The new NH Liquor and Wine Outlet will join the 500,000 s/f retail destination currently home to Market Basket, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, ULTA Beauty, Famous Footwear and Petco.   Other destination tenants opening at THE RIDGE in 2017 include The Paper Store, Starbucks, Mikado Asian Cafe, Kay Jewelers and 110 Grill with Walmart next door.

“One of the hallmarks of our ongoing effort to renovate and relocate outlet stores is securing strategic locations to maximize exposure.  THE RIDGE Marketplace certainly fits that mold.  We are pleased to be situated in Waterstone Retail’s new plaza alongside an array of retail and dining options, including successful national brands.  In addition, the location will put this new NH Liquor and Wine Outlet on one of the main routes for visitors traveling to New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and the White Mountains,” according to NHLC chairman Joseph Mollica.
