Younger employees are looking for flexible, dynamic workplaces, not the old office models of the past. There is a clear business imperative for creating a work environment that inspires, motivates, and connects employees, and it’s becoming a universal trend regardless of company size or market. Leaders understand that the work environments they create for employees play a significant role in attracting and retaining top talent.
The workplace has itself become a recruiting tool.
