Bluestone Property Management is a one stop shop for all your retail maintenance needs. Based out of Dighton, Mass., Bluestone has separated itself from the rest of the competition by being one of, if not the only full-service maintenance company in New England that offers and self performs a wide array of maintenance services. These services range from landscape maintenance and design, to snow removal and asphalt and concrete repair amongst many others. Bluestone Property Management is the solution to any and all retail and commercial customers. With Bluestone you are able to pick up the phone and with one call we will have a project or operations manager on site to take a look at and provide a solution to the customers maintenance need. We would self perform the work and see it through to the projects completion.

Bluestone Property Management has been able to differentiate itself from 3rd party companies that subcontract all of their work by actually doing and self performing all of our work ourselves. We have hired experienced general contractors, plumbers, carpenters, landscape design experts as well as skilled project foreman and skilled laborers to be able to handle any retail operations many maintenance needs. In the process, we have also been able to train all of our new employees and retrain existing employees as needed to be able to perform at the standards that we and our customers expect.

Having been in business for almost 20 years, Bluestone’s vision and operation is guided by Eric Thibert (owner), Steve Reed (owner) and Peter Guldager (general manager). With a heavy background and experience in high-end landscape design and construction, Eric Thibert partnered with Steve Reed to start Bluestone Property management and in the process diversified it services to cater to retail and commercial customers alike. By bringing Peter Guldager on board with over 10 years of commercial maintenance management experience, Eric, Steve and Peter have been able  to solidify the companies vision and grow the business by focusing on customer service, a diversified service offering and competitive pricing. Our sister company, ET Landscaping, also owned by Eric Thibert and Steve Reed, specializes in commercial and residential hardscape design and landscape construction. Leading the operation are skilled and experienced cultured stone laborers and masons to compliment and often times work on projects with our team at Bluestone Property Management.

Bluestone has realized that the retail and commercial customer does not have the luxury of having a lot of time to deal with maintenance needs and by calling Bluestone we can have your maintenance issue addressed right away by being able to get the work scheduled and doing it ourselves. We also specialize in doing bigger retail and commercial projects such as landscape design and installation work, tenant build out and building enhancements. Our asphalt and concrete crews are also busy with small maintenance issues such as fixing a concrete sidewalk to completely removing and replacing a large parking lot. There is really no project too small or too large. We understand that in order to be of value to our customers we need to be able to respond with a sense of urgency to all our customers needs.

We have also come to realize that growing the business by getting new customers and doing many different services is important but the quality of the work is important in setting ourselves apart. Our project foreman and field inspectors work hand in hand when a project is complete to make sure that we get a last look at the job before we report to our customer that the work is complete. Our ultimate goal is to be able to have a large customer base while also delivering a consistent product that is of value to our customers.

By being a partner to our retail and commercial customers, we have the ability to develop different ideas for large capital improvement projects and also put together preventative maintenance plans to help our retail and commercial customers have safe and appealing properties. We feel that the solution that our customers are looking for is to have a maintenance partner that has the ability to self perform a wide array of different services while being cost-effective.
