Bedford, NH  Stephen Williams has joined TFMoran as a stormwater and construction inspector. Williams has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. He has over 30 years of experience including soils testing, concrete and asphalt inspection and testing, monitoring infrastructure construction, water mains, sewer mains, and SWPPP Plans. He has also provided project management services for the NHDOT Bureau of Public Works, and the Town of Hooksett.
