What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why: In May 2017, I moderated and addressed a CREW Boston luncheon panel on the topic of “Capital Markets: Are We In the 8th Inning?”  While I’ve had public speaking experience in the context of my non-profit leadership, this was the first time I’d be addressing a large audience of professional peers.
Though I was certainly nervous, I prepared extensively in creating my presentation as well as developing questions for the other speakers. Practicing to get feedback from trusted advisors was critical. This achievement reflects my philosophy that to conquer your fears and grow - you need to tackle them head-first.
