Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why? I started working as a leasing agent for a REIT, in Florida, during that time there wasn’t room for growth in the industry. I was working for a property manager, who started giving me her work to do. At first, I was frustrated that she would pile more and more of her work on my plate, as I had my own. It wasn’t until, I decided to move back to Massachusetts, that I told her how I felt, she sat me down and said, let me ask you a few questions, she started asking me business questions, which I started to rattled off the answers too. She then looked at me and said you’re welcome, I trained you for your future destination, now go to Boston, and set your goals high!
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
