Who inspired you to join the CRE Industry? My family. I come from a real estate family and my grandfather was a developer in Maine and New Hampshire, and he started a construction company focused on building out retail spaces. My father took over the construction business. I have grown up in this business and it is part of my DNA. 

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from? I used to sit at the kitchen table with my dad in the early morning while he talked with his sub-contractors. It helped me understand how to build teams and nurture relationships. I find myself doing the same thing today. This is a business of relationships and it has been important in my experience and my success to build strong relationships with people.

What honor, achievement or recognition means the most to you and why? I received the BOMA Suburban Manager of the Year Award and was thrilled to be recognized by my peers in the industry.
