What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? As a manufacturer, we were faced with the difficult challenge of keeping production running during a time when working from home was the new normal. Our craftsmen don’t have the ability to do their job remote. We had to provide a clean, safe, and socially distant environment to keep our employees at work. More importantly we had to work with each employee individually to provide the support they needed. Whether it was childcare concerns, financial hardship, or at-risk family members; we were flexible and accommodating by providing flex time, off-shift hours, and financial support until we can get through this together.
