What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? I joined the ARCO team in the summer, and it was a huge challenge not being able to meet colleagues in person and sometimes not knowing if asking for a meeting was even appropriate.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2020? I was recruited to come to Boston to direct the development of ARCO’s northeast construction business. Thankfully, I joined a talented team of engineers and project managers who work together to deliver projects for clients.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021? Fund managers and investment professionals will heavily discount their retail and hospitality portfolios and continue to shift their investment spending into more profitable sectors, such as industrial.

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from? Family first.- from a senior construction professional my age who has four children. They grow up so quickly.

What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? Less time commuting, more time with the family. The pace of the day was slower, which allowed for reflection about personal goals.
