What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? The inability to have in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients for business development. The inability to have in-person networking events for business development and prospective hires.

What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? No commute; multi-tasking some household chores while working at the desk.

 

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2020? Two great new hires as well as on-boarding as an approved vender of appraising and consulting services with several new clients.

 

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021? Substantial vacancy rate increase in CBD office and ground-level commercial space along with a deterioration of market rent levels.

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from? “It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
