What are some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor? I have not had the benefit of being a mentor, but I can certainly speak to the benefits of having a mentor. I have been fortunate enough to have the same mentor for my entire 20+ year career at Cresa. CRE is always evolving - every landlord, market, and building are different. This, coupled with the ever-changing economy, means every project is unique. And how does this relate to having a mentor? Being able to work alongside an industry veteran means I can benefit from his experience with a variety of players in the CRE market.
