2021 Women in Construction: Viviane Benchaya, Office Administrator, Acentech
What are you most looking forward to post-pandemic? On a professional level, I look forward to returning to the office and being surrounded by my colleagues who are all so talented and kind. Zoom can’t replace in-person exchanges. The day to day interactions motivate us and are so crucial for our well-being. On a personal level, I am eager to be reunited with friends and family as well as resume travelling.
What steps have you taken to ensure the continued success of your firm? I have made sure to regularly schedule check-in calls/Zoom calls with many of my colleagues and I have also helped organize multiple virtual gatherings for the staff (trivia, monthly birthday celebrations, virtual variety show).
