2022 Women in Construction: Molly Straut, Architectural Designer at Patriquin Architects
What tips or advice would you offer to other women who are considering entering the construction industry? It can be easy to doubt yourself when entering a field largely populated by men; my advice for any women who are considering entering the construction industry is to trust your own abilities and intuition. While the field of construction has come so far I think there are still people living in the past, don’t let that cause you to second guess yourself whether it’s looking for the right job or leading a meeting.
