What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry?  Ask questions! There are so many amazing resources right in your office, jobsites, and classrooms. If you don’t ask the question, you won’t get the answer. When you ask a question, you will learn what type of knowledge banks your peers have. This will help you build your reference network.

What has been your biggest challenge and how have you faced it? Almost everyone is working in a hybrid environment made up of office time and working remote time. We’re rethinking which meetings must happen in person versus which ones we can accomplish virtually. Experimenting with all the technologies available to us has helped me connect with all the different team members in the most efficient ways possible.
