How has your involvement in CREW Boston/CREW Network impacted your career? I share with my colleagues all the time that the best investment that I’ve made for myself coming into the CRE industry was joining CREW and being involved in as many things as possible. I showed up to pretty much all of the luncheons, most of the evening events, site tours, and I attended the leadership summit in Tampa. I’ve been able to meet phenomenal women, not just in my market, but across the nation. CREW has changed the trajectory of my life all because I decided to show up and get involved. I was fortunate enough to get paired with a wonderful mentor Karen Hurd, and through our mentor-mentee relationship, I was able to land an incredible opportunity with a global firm, as an associate broker. CREW impacted my life and I am grateful.
