2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Joe Mastrocola, CM&B

Joe Mastrocola
Senior Project Manager
CM&B

Number of years at firm: 6

One thing on my bucket list: Build a custom home.

When I am not working, I am: When I am not working, I like to spend time with my wife, son and two daughters.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In the fall of 2021, we completed the construction of one of Massachusetts’ first sports betting lounges. This complex project required significant planning and communication to turn the project over on time and on budget with minimal impact on the client’s 24/7 fully operational environment.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?
“Joe’s determination and commitment to his personal and professional growth are evident in how he approaches his work every day. He holds himself to the highest standard and constantly seeks opportunities to continue learning and growing. Joe truly understands what it means to provide great client service and builds meaningful relationships with everyone he works with.” - Tim Puopolo, Executive Vice President/COO at CM&B
