What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? This month I closed the biggest and most complex deal of my real estate career. It was a 36-unit building at 19-23 Avon Place in Springfield that sold for $2.995 million. This was a complex deal that involved another agent and challenges with appraisals and bank financing.
