What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently assisted with a full brand refresh of one of our properties from start to finish. As this was a large and complex marketing project at Bulfinch, I was challenged to learn new skills, hone the ones I currently possess, and collaborate with departments with which I don’t typically have the opportunity to connect. The materials surpassed our expectations and the project expanded both my marketing and commercial real estate knowledge. 

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? I believe all women should look for strong female leaders and mentors within a company who are willing to take the time to educate, grow, and connect with their teams. As a female navigating through the beginning stages of my career, I find Bulfinch’s strong female leaders to be invaluable to my growth. 

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? There are countless influential females in my life who inspire me daily. From my family and friends to the senior leaders at Bulfinch and the CRE industry, it is hard to pick just one. What I can zero in on is they all possess similar qualities. They are fearless, resilient, compassionate, and willing to help others.
