What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m particularly proud of the progress we’ve made at 245 5^th Ave. – a 245,000 s/f ground-up lab building. Each milestone achieved there represents the dedication and hard work we’ve put into the project. It also serves as a source of motivation for us as we look forward to reaching the next milestones.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Longevity of the women in the company, particularly in the same career path you envision following. Also longevity of staff in general. With the average tenure being 3-4 years having a company with many long-standing employees indicates a sense of loyalty and respect.
