What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Completing the design and entering the construction phase of a ground-up +/- 147,000 s/f speculative GMP manufacturing industrial building with turn-key site improvements. This design-build project has been extremely rewarding to see come to life after fine tuning several details throughout drawing development that would allow for the most flexibility for a future tenant. 

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Entrepreneurial work style, supportive coworkers inside and out of the office, large level of responsibility, dramatic company growth and increasing success.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? At ARCO, our superintendents inspire me the most. They are constantly learning new things, being thrown into unfamiliar environments, needing to understand niche details, all while maintaining a tight schedule. They also work with many different types of people and are true leaders on the job site.
