What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? The high interest rate environment presented us with headwinds for new acquisitions. For our preferred markets and asset classes, the lower deal volume as well as strong price stability due to the Greater Boston Area’s underlying market strength has resulted in fewer viable deals than prior years.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? We are very pleased with the construction completed to date on our latest development, Vesta, a 32-unit luxury condominium with ground floor retail in South Boston. We are looking forward to kicking off presales in early 2024.
