What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? In April NHS broke ground on the first-ever adult emergency shelter and permanent supportive housing development in the city of Attleboro. This project will create a new 18-bed adult emergency shelter and 22 studio apartments with supportive services for chronically homeless individuals. It represents a tremendous step forward in providing safe and affordable housing for some of the most vulnerable in the community.
