What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

We continued to rapidly grow our organization through strategic additions. We added three new offices in 2023, New York City, Bethesda, Maryland, and Tampa, Florida, bringing us to 12 total offices along the east coast.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024?

All eyes are on the Federal Reserve and most investors are approaching 2024 with cautious optimism. We believe the first half of the year will be pretty much the same as 2023 with the hope that rates will start to move down in the second half and transactional velocity will increase.
