Chapman Construction/Design

“In addition to Katherine’s marketing role, she goes above and beyond to contribute to many facets of Chapman and the industry; she leads our peer networking group, is a member of our Sustainability, DEI, and Hiring Groups, and is the incoming Director of the SMPS Boston Professional Development Committee.” - Michele Bogdan, Marketing Director at Chapman Construction/Design.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently received the 2024 Emerging Professional of the Year Award from the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Boston. I have been an active member of this incredible organization for the past three years, and I am extremely proud to be recognized by my outstanding peers in the field of AEC Marketing.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? I started in this industry with little to no knowledge of how it functioned, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped me learn and grow to where I am today. My supervisor, Michele Bogdan, has been instrumental in teaching me the ins and outs of AEC marketing, and the team of technical staff at Chapman has been an invaluable resource for much of my knowledge of construction and the industry.
