We’ve built a marketing platform and sales team I’m extremely proud of. Building an authentic brand requires time and intentional effort. We strive to be recognized as thought leaders, market experts, and most importantly, advisors obsessed with delivering exceptional client results. With a decades-long time horizon, we prioritize relationships over transactions.

What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? 

When interest rates went up in 2022, everything became more challenging. This was hard on everyone, especially newer agents. We doubled down on our outreach and implemented strategies that enabled clients to sell. With the support of Marcus & Millichap management, With the help of Marcus & Millichap management we were able to keep our team together and motivated through a tough market.
