In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I spent many years in the field as a carpenter, hoping to one day work my way into a project management role. At times, this felt like a pipe dream while working for a small GC in Western Mass. My recent promotion to Assistant Project Manager validates all my hard work, and my hands-on knowledge has proven indispensable to my current role.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? My girlfriend has been integral to my success in work and life. She has always been there to offer encouragement and support me in everything I do, highlighting the ability I have within me to succeed. She introduced me to friends who initiated my connection to Chapman. I am also grateful to have an amazing group of coworkers I can count on for support.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? I have always relied on exercise and physical activity, notably skiing, to help me put things into perspective. Skiing pushes me outside my comfort zone, demands quick thinking, and teaches me the consequences of my actions. This has translated into problem-solving skills, ambition, and sound judgment in my everyday life. It has also taught me that I can push myself, mentally and physically, farther than I could have ever imagined.
