What advice do you have for young women aspiring to enter commercial real estate? The CRE industry offers many opportunities with a lot of growth and learning potential. My advice is to maintain a positive mindset when facing challenges, seek out mentors who can help guide you, and focus on both professional and personal development. Building a strong network is crucial, so invest in connecting and forming relationships within the industry – attend events, join CRE trade groups. By combining these strategies with passion and hard work, anyone can be well-positioned to make a significant impact and achieve long-term success.
