What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? The driving force behind my success has been the positive relationships I have built and maintained within the industry. Building a strong professional network within the industry can open up several opportunities and facilitate collaboration. I have specifically thrived off the relationships I have made with the women in this industry as the support that is provided by one another is unmatched in any other industry.

What are your goals for the future? My goals for the future are to continue to grow within JDL Corporate Interiors and take on more responsibility as a woman in a leadership role. I hope to pave the way, not only at JDL but within the AEC industry, for younger women who aspire to be project managers.
