MBREA, along with AI’s chapter, hosted the 35th annual Appraiser’s Expo with three sessions of outstanding in-person speakers and virtual panel programs.
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025?
We see housing supply, demand for office space, interest rates, job markets, and proposed changes in bank regulations impacting appraisers and requiring their expertise.
