What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024? 
Completing the luxury multi-unit Stearns Residences for ADCO Realty because it is an infill project that respects the surrounding scale and aesthetic of the Brookline neighborhood and offers a public realm component proving that building new in a well-established residential neighborhood is possible.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025? 
The continued influence of the MBTA Communities Act across the 177 named communities will bring development dollars to much needed multi-family housing developments and in addition, the inclusionary zoning (IZ) policy will address the need for affordable housing opportunities.
