What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024? 
This past year has been exciting for me as Hancock Village exceeded 1,300 apartment homes with the addition of 501 new single-level and 48 new townhome units, along with the new 25,000 s/f Community Center. 

Hancock Village was built after WWII for returning veterans. Located in Chestnut Hill it consisted of 789 townhomes and a shopping center. In 1986 CHR purchased Hancock Village and began improving the community to bring it up to 1990 standards. Today, besides bringing the original townhomes up to today’s standards, and adding 549 new units, we completely upgraded the 80-year-old infrastructure.
