What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024? 
Preparing The Eddy for its launch in Biddeford. This community is designed to offer a balance of urban convenience and a strong connection to the outdoors. With direct access to the Eastern Trail, a landscaped courtyard, walking paths, fire pits, and a great lawn, The Eddy embraces indoor-outdoor living. Residents will also benefit from wellness amenities like a yoga studio, golf simulator, sunroom, and library. I believe private-public partnerships will play an increasingly important role in 2025. We recently hosted the Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission and the Greater Portland Council of Governments at The Eddy to discuss how collaboration can address key challenges like housing and sustainable development. These discussions emphasized the importance of aligning private investment with public goals to create lasting, community-focused solutions. As we face increasingly complex issues, these partnerships will continue to drive innovation and deliver meaningful, impactful projects.
