What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts?
We did more office leasing than any other property type. A 32,000 s/f lease in Springfield and 8,500 s/f lease in Westfield, most notable.
What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024?
A 32,000 s/f lease for the new home of the Discovery School in downtown Springfield, a STEM high school to better prepare students for college and beyond. Being downtown, the students will engage with businesses creating a dynamic to benefit both.
