What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? Charitable work has shaped me and serves as a guiding principle in my professional life. I volunteer with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Rosie’s House, and Ronald McDonald House. My career in construction has given me the opportunity to directly impact designing and building medical spaces, particularly in hospital settings. My involvement in these charitable projects has helped shape my approach to construction, encouraging me to approach each project with empathy and a dedication to bettering the lives of those in those in the community.

What trends or innovations do you believe will shape the future of your field, and how are you positioning yourself (or your firm) to be at the forefront? The trends and innovations we’re seeing are the integration of advanced technologies like laser scanning and 3D imaging. Project teams can now capture precise, real-time data of existing conditions on a site, providing incredibly accurate 3D models. Laser scanning, has revolutionized the way to measure and document spaces, ultimately reducing risk for clients and costly rework by giving us a detailed, real-world digital representation of the project area. Pariseault has been committed to staying at the forefront of these trends, ensuring that we lead in adopting new technologies.

What’s your favorite way to recharge or get inspired outside of work? Kayaking and adult paint by number kits is where I find my peace.

Do you have a hidden talent or a surprising fact about yourself that most people wouldn’t know? My love for horses, my knowledge of caring for them and my ability to ride.
