What inspired you to pursue a career in this industry, and what path brought you to your current role? After graduating college with a degree in business, I started working as a laborer and worked my way up at a custom home builder in Montana. I enjoyed being outside and working physically and learning on the job skills. When I came to Pariseault I was given the opportunity to use both my degree and my carpentry experience to grow into my current role.
Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? Throughout my career I have had the privilege to work under and with a few true master craftsmen, who were consistently able to make complex tasks look easy. All in their own way they told me that no one knows everything and, in this industry, if you want to be successful, you never stop learning.
