What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? I am excited to bring my 25 years of working in the trade to Cotti-Johnson as the electrical manager and electrician in the field. With the family owned company’s over 78+ years in business, it really brings the small town homey feel where we care about each and every customer. From small re-wiring jobs to lighting up your whole parking lot we do it all! I look to forming lifelong relationships with all of the clients we work with and helping them however I can.
What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? I learned early on that confidence doesn’t come from trying to prove myself, it comes from knowing my trade. Every job I completed, every mistake I learned from, built that confidence. My advice is to trust the skills you earn, set your standards early, and never doubt you belong in this industry!
What is something outside of work that brings you energy, balance or creativity? Going back to my hometown of Lee, MA where my family and childhood friends still live.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
