What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about? I’m especially proud of a recent large-scale dormitory project our team at Annese Electric completed for a private client during a period of growth following our transition to IBEW Local 103. It was the first time we managed a field crew of that size, made possible through our partnership with the union. We successfully delivered the project and exceeded expectations, a major milestone for our company.
What emerging challenge or opportunity do you see shaping the construction industry in the next few years, and how are you preparing for it? One of the biggest opportunities ahead is the growing demand for skilled electricians as projects become more technical and complex, especially in healthcare, research, and higher education. Boston, being the hub for education and healthcare, has a consistent need for skilled workers, and we’re preparing with IBEW Local 103 and NECA to ensure access to highly trained workers. Our relationship allows Annese Electric Services to take on these specialized projects while maintaining the quality our clients expect.
Share one fun or unexpected detail about yourself that colleagues might not know. I’m a huge hockey fan – and a full-time hockey mom. Two of my three daughters play ice hockey, so most of my free time is spent traveling around the country to watch them compete. No matter how busy or stressful the week has been, it all fades away the second the game starts, and you see their smiles under their helmets.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
