What has helped shape the way you approach your work and career?
The biggest influence on my career has been understanding that housing is the foundation for so much in a person’s life. Growing up, I witnessed the impact of displacement and learned that housing provides more than shelter - it creates stability, opportunity, safety and belonging. Seeing how losing a home can disrupt lives and communities shaped my perspective and continues to motivate me to create sustainable places where people can truly thrive.
