What are you most excited about in your work or the commercial real estate industry right now?
What excites me most is seeing companies make big, long-term real estate decisions again. In industrial, we’re seeing some of the largest users and space requirements Greater Boston has seen in years, a strong signal of where the market is headed. After navigating several market cycles, I’m excited by what this next chapter can mean not just for CRE, but for continued investment, job growth and economic opportunity across Massachusetts and New England.
