What professional accomplishment or experience are you especially proud of?
I’m proud of the broad portfolio of nonprofits, affordable housing developers, and infrastructure projects my team at MassDevelopment supports with creative bond financing solutions – creating impact through access to capital that may not otherwise be possible. The most rewarding transactions are the most challenging, when traditional financing structures don’t fit and we develop innovative approaches to get a project over the finish line. Knowing I play a role supporting new homes, healthcare facilities, educational spaces, and community infrastructure makes the work especially meaningful.
