What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?
Brickstone Sq. in Andover was very successful for us in 2022. The market-leading capital improvements and recent introduction of lab space to the property helps create the flexibility that tenants need. The year’s leasing activity of 285,000 s/f ranged from the largest lease with ALKU for 75,000 s/f to smaller groups like MeMed, a lab tenant occupying 4,500 s/f. Tenants have struggled with the return-to-work concept post-COVID, but class A parks like Brickstone Sq. remain an attractive home for companies and their employees.
As we enter the spring of 2026, the Rhode Island industrial real estate market stands on stable footing, following several years of resilience fueled by constrained supply, steady demand, and dynamic economic conditions.
